Description Currently working on Nocturnal for Windows 10, I'm pretty much done apart from fonts in Explorer and the titlebar not changing, which I'm not entirely sure how to fix yet.

Right click > Properties > Customize.
Or, for all folders .

Unzip everything and move it to your foobar directory in ProgramFiles.
Make sure your foobar is a portable installation.
