Chloe: www.deviantart.com/kitsunagach…I wanted to make an image of me and Chloe just going wild in a city. And of course, Katie hates it...
Making this one wasn't easy, hence why some parts are kinda jank. I don't have an image editor (Paint 3D likes to fuck over my whole PC if I use it for longer than like 5 minutes) so the best I could do was use Capcut to crop a separate screenshot of the bridge, out it on top, make a PNG of Katie and add her in, save it as a video, open the video in Photos and save a frame! WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR PHOTOSHOP AGAIN?!
Also, due to her... design, I've decided that Chloe is 21, making her the oldest of my OCs!
tbh having so many ocs under 18 will probably cause a lot of problems when i turn 18. but i've got 2 years and 2 weeks to worry about that! ^^'
