its pretty easy you just draw a picture in MS Paint, Photoshop, etc...whichever program you use, then you can go here to animate it ( iconator.com [link] ) or here ( iaza.com [link] ) It takes a while to do though because you have to draw the different slides

naw, mine probably wouldn't come out all that great, but my sisters probably would be awesome. =O I could get her to make me an icon or something if I fail miserably at it.
