I got the idea from reading the light novel GOSICK. The main female lead, Victorique, is described as a cute beautiful who smokes a pipe. I was thinking what my dad said about how smoking can REALLY age a person.
If Victorique is cute now, imagine how all that smoking will affect her down the road. And thus that's how this 4koma got developed.
