I'll take this as another reason why I should bother with Gimp sometime, hahaha. It can animate things in the program itself? :0 Very interesting, and I like the eye effects the most~!

yep. I just used the warp tool to move things around and stuff. the animation is like photoshops' but less complicated.

The version of Photoshop I use is 7, so I don't recall seeing any option for animation in that because it's so old. D: Looks like it'll have to be Gimp sometime to see how it goes, or just continue doing things the hard way, hahaha.
