It says that Giggles is his romantic interest because there's an HTF episode called 'On My Mind' where they are shown having a date, until Flippy pops open a bottle of wind and flips out. He yanks a thorny rose out of her hands and shoves it through her ears I believe, but you'd have to watch it for yourself.
