Woo! Found a comic! I like the effect work, very nice, very subtle, good use of screen tones. Lots of people use flashy screen tones that detract from what's going on, so it's nice to see them used well here.
As a small critisism, I'd like to tell you that white space isn't your enemy ^_^ I see this a lot, and it's really hard because the urge to jam pack the page is strong, but making your white cel borders a little thicker will make your comic flow better and it'll be easier to read and generally easier on the eye.
The actual drawing it seems you're very stong on detail, the folds in fabric, patterns on jewelery and stuff all look fab, I like the details like ribbons and plaits. The line quality is smooth and professional looking, so no problems there, but your weakness seems to lie in the bigger picture and anatomy. The woman in the first cel's neck is too long, and her torso tapers down from the chest, but doesn't come out again enough at the hips, and the masked guy's ear looks a little odd on that front view shot. Strangely though, you're really good at drawing hands...which is unusual, as the hands are usually the hardest part to draw, but in general it seems you're better at the small details than the big picture.
