Before going on my trip to meet my best friend, Loffy0 , in Michigan we were discussing ramen.
I have never had properly made ramen and always wanted to try it in a restaurant.
So, I figured lets go together once there visiting. I came across this Asian restaurant online and we decided to check it out.
I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the Tonkotsu ramen dish. I could not get enough of it.
If I had more room in my stomach, I would of probably ordered another one - it was that good.

Looks so good! I gotta make it. Tonkotsu is boiling pork bones in water apparently. Doesn't sound too difficult to make but takes a long time.

Thanks!
I know how to make it. I just didn't want to make it from scratch and then end up not liking it.
You know what I mean?

Sorry I was talking more to myself since I didn't know how to make it. Haha. And yes I understand, I would feel the same.
