Description
Inspiration is a wonderful, wonderful thing~Woooo~ Rather than put these up one drawing at a time...because I've done loads so it would be uber spam XD I decided to put them up in bunches. There's another 4 at least to come~
That'll be one by itself and 3 in a group again.
For non Prince of Tennis fans~
Top = Shishido(cap) and Jiroh
Middle = Atobe(moody head) and Gakuto
Bottom = Oshitari(glasses) and Gakuto
Full view to really appreciate the dump...errr....drawings....
So tell me, what do you think?

Everything still looks so well-drawn, I woulda sworn you spent a lot of time on those. The third one made me giggle because it looks like he's being lifted in the air and he's grabbing onto his head like "You drop me I squish you...like GRAPE". XD I'm odd like that.

For doing them in such a short amount of time, they really came out amazing, I mean it, the colors are so pretty, the BG in the top one with Jiroh and Shishido is really awesome and the poses are amazing too!

The one up top is my favorite...I really like the setting with the background, and the shading looks really summer-y.

Yay for striped shirts! They're so very hard to fold and shade, and yet you do them so often and so well. And actually, the background is really cute and well done! the simplicity reminds me of a comic.
I will say it again, and I will for as long as I watch you, that you have an amazing skill with hair. I could look at your hair all the time. You make everything look soft or thick and full and all that, it's amazing.
Oh la la~ I like the scrunching of the fabric under the hand, though I think the hand is a bit off, the fingers should be a tad more bent as if he was round and not square.

Here's a tip for stripes. Because I don't have the patience to do the shadows on each colour individually I use a separate layer set to multiply over the stripes and lower the opacity til its the density i want. The the colours come thru somewhat so the shadow is right for the colours of the stripes. If you were unsure of colour choice for shadows you could do them that way for the whole figure.
Thank you so much. I always enjoy drawing hair and th thing about the Prince of Tennis characters is nearly all their hairstyles are possible. So that makes it easier to draw and shade, Sora's hair is a bit wierd for example and always takes at least 2 attempts to get it right. It is possible but it looks wierd when you see people do it for cosplay.
Lol bet you're thinking Oishi's hair is messed up...I have a cousin with that exact hair O__O we saw him in a photo!!

might i ask what program u use to color ur sketches? and how do u do it so the color layers don't cover up the lines of the sketch layer?

I set the lineart over the other layers and set it to multiply. I use Photoshop to colour my sketches.
