NO PLEASE DON'T CUT ACROSS, sorry but if you cut like this you will cut through your tendon and this hurts very very very very badly and it wouldn't kill you, so please if you decide to kill yourself, cut along okey, if you cut across you can't use your hand anymore and you (probably) will not die.

I know where you're coming from with this pic, and as stress relievers go, by all means, this is much better than actually cutting.

i don't agree with everyone's comments telling you how to kill yourself, fyi. coming from a suicidal person(like myself) i know the feeling, trust me. i also know a way to kind of "tempt fate" is to cut across (no, it won;t kill you).
please don't. i don't know you, but i do know that life has a balance. you're important, so losing you would effect many people, even if you don;t know them.
and people really should stop encouraging suicide.

Hn.. been there too. I actually hit so low, I dragged the tip of my dad's knife down my wrist. Not even deep enough to leave a mark, though. Just enough to release some of my feelings of helplessness. But my 'grounder' is something trivial, but wonderful, example: a family vacation in your favorite spot, or even the latest release of a movie or dvd. Theree's always something to get you to that next day!

i used to cut. glad i broke the nasty habit. i dated a cutter for awhile too. that was probably a bad idea... we didn't exactly help each other get past our problems.
anywho, definately use this as an outlet rather than actually doing it. the result is that much better.
the image is simple but powerful. kinda like it's the suggestion that depression kinda almost makes those lines and words appear without having put them there yourself.
