Yah, redguards do have low magika, butI don't sugest a Altmer (High Elf), their weakness to spells is a major nerf and a pain in he butt! You could just turn down the difficulty! XD Also, you can make any charecter rsemble a redguard appearance if youd like, just change te compection ND the skin tone. I follow Sithis as a Wood Elf assasin, besides, I work for evenge on those horrible enough tocause people enough pan to want them dead, so I justify their suffering whilst satifying my own sadistic fetishes! I like to make horrible people suffer! XD
