Backstory: Minh came from a upper middle class family in Rustboro but during his early teens decided to rebel from his conservative family and become a bird keeper. (He used to have a pink mohawk back when that was fashionable amongst bird-keepers). He already favored flying type pokemon and is not a /bad/ guy so he never cared to join any criminal groups and is nothing more than a bird fanatic. He became friends with a flightless pidgey whom he intends to teach how to fly.(..somehow xDDD)
