Maybe you could use hot glue or PVA glue.

You could also maybe melt some candle wax and put it in, or you could use a wig to cover it up.

I know this is super late in replying.. But you can fill the hole and still root it using Liquid Fusion. Its glue and I found it at Michaels craft store. Let some dry in a puddle to make a piece to cover the hole, then glue it in place in the head. You can even cut off Clawdeen's ears and fill the holes from those this way and still root them.

Hi, I was just wondering, I have a custom I'd like to do using a deuce doll but I saw from your tutorial that his scalp is a different level to the rest of his head and Iβve also seen some of your amazing dolls with the added body parts and was hoping to know what material you use to sculpt the added features to the dolls because I have a custom Iβd like to try and make, but it doesnβt have hair on his head. It would be appreciated if you might help but otherwise thanks anyway.
