This is so cute! You did a great job on the expressions. Dick's little grin is so cute, and Donna's kind smile suits her character. I also love your use of colours and shading.
Just a bit of friendly critique to watch for next time: Dick's arm seems a little long, and his elbow is a bit too thick. His arm should be thicker nearer up toward the shoulder, and should then slim down just a tad near his elbow. Also, Donna's head/face should be a little bigger in comparison to her body. It looks a little high up on her neck, if you know what I mean.
All in all though, you're getting so much better at drawing people in comic book style! Just keep practicing, and this is still an adorable pic!
