Well, here it is! The MLP:FiM base that I made
The base cannot be used on MS paint, sorry, I might make one compatible with paint sometime in the future.
This download includes a Psd file containing the base of the pony, three different eyes, Three different mouths, a horn, and wings All are removable/attatchable. You can make an earth pony, pegasus, unicorn, or even an Alicorn
The pony is bald, so you can design your own manes and tails! The base will probably be updated from time to time, so check back often ^^

Rules:
1. Please do not remove my name from the bottom
2. Don't claim as your own
3. Link back, I'd love to see it!
4. May be used for both commercial and non-commercial art
5. Please don't use it outside of DeviantArt without asking first
