Pretty! His arms seem rather long compared to his entire upper/lower body, so I'd either make them shorter to compensate for his body or make his upper body longer to compensate for his longer arms.
The shading doesn't bother me too much, but it could be improved since it looks a bit rough. Just keep practicing and you'll get it in no time.
Anyways, hope you get this message; I really love Bill Wurtz. I loved his latest video.
