Spike needs more love in general, and that includes from the writers. Why M.A. Larson is one of the few writers that actually cares about his dignity and taking him seriously, is beyond me. Why they made him a dog in EG (even though EG probably isn't canon) is even further beyond me. Spike is Twilight's ASSISTANT, NOT HER PET! -_-
Sparity needs more love too. Yeah yeah, I don't wanna hear the overused, rehashed "But he's a baby dragon, and she's an adult pony. Pedophilia!!!1" argument. Twilight was only a filly when she hatched him. And dragons grow faster by their greed, and Spike usually isn't that greedy, which likely explains his young appearance. And given that dragons can live really long lifespans, he could be in his teens or older, as per physical years, and still be a "baby dragon".

Good question. Spike would probably be in middle school or something, since he's about 4 or 5 years younger than Twilight, which would be a bit harder to work with.
And yes I did. People need to stop treating a measly few years like it's the biggest deal in the world just because of what the law says. Does this mean I think a 12 year old should date an 18 year old? No. But if they're older, in their teens, and/or the feelings are real as per both people, why should the law stand in the way? Not to mention there are countries where the legal age is less than 18 (either 16 or 17, from what I've heard). But no. Despite that, and the other points I made, people STILL have to overreact regardless and treat it as if it's just as bad as 12 and 18 (or more) even if the other forementioned factors apply. Time for another facehoof.

Yeah. People do trend to overreact over little things like that sadly. In fact, earlier today I was trying to use legit reasons to defend something and this guy was still rudely overrating to me against it, despite my reasons. Excuse me while I facehoof too.Β Β
