.... I did it. I finally did it...I never thought I'd ever upload any One Piece OC, but here it is.
See, I had her design ever since the Shabondy episodes in the comic (because Caimy was so damn cute, I had to make a mermaid lol), but after seeing the cover of Shirahoshi's hair color I was like "Shit, her hair is PINK?" D: I didn't want to color and upload her anymore
But now, since I have my new favorite character (Fukaboshi), I just had to finish it
Ah well, I don't give a damn even if her hair is pink like Shirahoshi's (I'll just use an excuse saying my oc's hair is white, just dyed in pink lol).
Right... so she's a Clione mermaid - I didn't name her yet cuz I can't think of any good ones...
She sucks at swimming because there's no fin, yet she attempts to go up water.
One word to describe her personality: Baka
.... as you can see, her clothing is random. The design is not complete.

in any case, she's unique, the back fins she has will let her move--her tail is basically her steering wheel... OMG SHE'S LIKE SOME BUTTERFLY THING IN THE SEAAAAA~
I actually thought up of a mermaid character,too, ever since the mermaids were brought into one piece. I was thinking of pairing it up with a devil fruit user, you know--she saves him from drowning, also, I was thinking of how bloody their relationship would be, what with the whole mermen racism thing going on. omg, drama. :3
Anyway, I want to help with names, too! I was thinking along the lines of bubbles--no, don't name her bubbles, that's too ergh--but, you know, that concept. Baha. IDK. :3

Heh, she looks like she'd be a fun, crazy sort of a person to hang around with... more cloudcuckoolander than energetic-crazy, but she's still got that high-functioning dreamer look to her.

I came up with Cleo or Cloe or something cheesy like that, but I realized I don't really want to name her in typical names
