The sun is falsely shining
As I make my bed.

I dress myself in jeans
and a t-shirt to my knees
and walk down the stairs.

I turn on my T.V.
And what do I see?
There are people dying and crying.

So what's life
When you wake up to see
These people suffering
These people screaming
These people shouting?

What's life
When there's people crying
There's people lying
There's people killing?
There's no point in living!

I walk down the street,
So many people to meet.
But there's fear in my heart.

Can one of them take me?
I don't know what I'm supposed to see
Are those smiling faces gonna kill me?

Can someone save me?
Will they see?
Will they be able to stop them?

So what's life
When there's fear in your heart
As you walk out the door?
Will someone take you?
Will no one save you?

What's life
When there's no one around
No one to help you
No one to lend a hand?
There's no point in living!

I go to school.
At least there's it's cool
My friends will help me.

We share problems,
Our lives and solve them
There is some good in people.

If I need help, they'll always be there
I'll do the same it's only fair
We'll be ok with each other.

Maybe life's not so bad to live
As long as you've got friends
That's a lot to have
That's enough to live
That's all you really need.

Life's all right when you've got friends
They'll stay by your side,
There you can confide,
Give them your love.

I saw a deed,
It's what I society needed to see
The girl nearly died.
