Like an old post I made, Chica was waiting for getting a new beak and voice box.As far as Charlie lived in the mega pizza plex, she never saw how it works in the protective cilinder.
And, she got a bit stressed.
She didn't like how they do stuff in there
She was... genuinely scared.
She secretly promised herself to never experience being inside.
We don't know why she is so scared of that.
