News: After hours of agonizing pain with the mouse I've finally finished this 6teen request for He wanted Nessa,Carly and Charles all hanging out together so here it is

I finally drew a guy good! YAY! I love how they all came out! and since Charles didn't really have a pants or shoe design I sorta made one up, hope its ok I also add some eye shadow for Carly to match her outfit YAY! i totally am super proud of this 
well looks like Carly and Nessa are getting along very well
