Exactly. Even in pregnancy I did not have much back pain because I exercised it before. DuringΒ pregnancy I still did light exercise and have low baby fat. Hell as a Canadian I have snow and ice every winter. OneΒ pregnancy I had was during the winter. I needed bags of road salt so I carried two 30kg salt bags while pregnant.

i cant stand it when girls say, oh my back hurts cos my boobs are big..
no.. your back hurts cos youre weak.. you never hear a woman say, my back hurts cos im fat.. but it does just as much damage.. infuriating..
we need to fix this culrture of "women dont lift"! strong is sexy, and doesnt mean you have to be able to bench a truck, just, that you can open a jar by yourself, or carry 30 kg without straining something!

Yeah! We need to change attitudes... so if a woman wants carry her man to bed and let him know how much she appreciates his support, then she should feel free to do so.
Sorry, I didn't mean to dilute your point. You're right, but you're preaching to the choir. However, most of the women I hang around with aren't afraid to be strong. They also take great pride in it, as you do.

The points you make are what femuscle fans already know... it's kind of a given in our community and you realize these things about 10 seconds after you "come out of the closet", so to speak.
We are all the sum of our insecurities, and the idea of a strong woman taps into one of the more universal hang-ups about masculinity and gender roles. I could go on forever about gender roles and such...
