My theatrical makeup class this semester is AMAZING. Who knew the subject could be that in depth? Honestly, if I don't make it as an actress I'm considering makeup as an alternative. Maybe.

Anyway, I know this isn't the best, so please don't judge me. This was all for fun. Great fun. I enjoyed this fun. Though I am a poor college student. So I improvised, making the jewel forehead piece with supplies I got from a nearby 99 cents store, and the shawl I borrowed from my roommate. The wig unfortunately is not mine, and belongs to my school's makeup/costume department. We just use them for when we have to incorporate them with our makeup design.

By the way, the makeup brand is Ben Nye. Good stuff eh?

I worked for like 5 hours on this, because I like to take my time. The class is from 1 to 3:30, and I stayed until like, 7. Okay, so maybe close to 6 hours. This was maybe also due to the fact that there is only one teacher, and 20+ students. So, getting helped is a rarity. The lights at the makeup mirrors, they get hot. That, and adding the human body heat in the classroom. So I had to constantly touch up. It was a tiring and long process, but I loved the end result.

For the n00bs who don't know who this is, this is Midna from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Kind of. Not exactly but that's who I was going for. Like I mentioned before, poor college student I be.
