Okay one last time with the note lol; I got nothing new and fancy to show for these two days anyway so I figured I could upload some tumblr sketches instead~ They're going up separate, cuz I'm too bored to even stick them onto the same picture lol. x'DLast one tonight, my own lil' special gal~ qwq
¤Plumepaw¤
Warrior name: Plumetail (as a prefix follow-up since she has the Clan’s fluffiest tail)
Description: Fluffy blue ticked tabby she-cat with lemon-green eyes and a full tail (again, not a WR-compliant design, but the "Re-redesign look)
Personality: Witty little boss type
Family: Squirrelflight and Shrewpelt (parents) Flamepaw (brother/littermate)
Mentor: Spiderleg (god help him, he thought)
She got her name for her tail, which is even fuller than her ma’s, and she loves to flaunt it. The downside is that her fluffy coat demands twice the maintenance… Plumepaw’s personality is that middle-ground between girly and tomboyish, so she’s hard to nail. She can gossip just as much as playfight with the boys, and she is -very- good at bossing others around. Compared to her brother, Plume is rather more down-to-earth and focused on the present. Her best friend is Cloudypaw, but she gets on rather well with Greypaw and Emberpaw too, and her favourite relatives are her parents and “uncle” Cloudtail (they share the same sense of humor when they pair up the rest of the clan scatters so to speak)
So yeah, compared to the first time she appeared, Plume has developed quite a bit in terms of personality; gone is the innocent lil' girl from the start, now exchanged for this piece of sass. x3

First she gets a ticking gene from her momma, and then both her mum and dad has dilute relatives (Sandstorm and Ferncloud) so both of them have the genes for blue too, which is what Plume got~

I do like the idea of Squirrelflight having two mates - with Shrew and White being more about healing (after what Ashfur did to her) and their kits being accidents, but are just as loved and cherished as Dovewing and Ivypool.
To be honest, I feel like Flame and Plume would be better siblings than Alder (whiny) and Spark (smartass).
Does Plume and Holly still duke it out on who is the fluffiest she-cat in the Clan?

Exactly~ I do not agree with the idea that Squirrel should -have- to settle for Bramble when it is obvious her hurt reaches too deep to allow her to pretend they can still be happy together. But it is just like the Erins that, to always favour the male characters, who may take as many mates as they like, while the girls will only ever have the one, and usually end up mourning/missing him if they break up while he remains unaffected.
Hehe, but thank you, they have been tweaked specially to be a good pair of sibs so that makes me glad.

Not to mention that the she-cat is the one who suffers the most in relationships who have gone sour and/or are abusive. I find it kind of laughable that Vicky defends Bramble x Squirrel, but she was the one who ruined their relationship in the first place. But you are very true...as in the fact that Dovewing still has a shoddy love life and now Ivypool has to be the jealous third wheel?
I feel so bad for not realizing the true sexism in the novels, for not realizing that she-cats have certain things that are not 'expected of them' but what they do that is very much the same in every scenario. Like if a kit or young cat is injured/killed, then their mother breaks down into a wailing machine while the daddy is quiet and the rock of the two...I know this is expected, but Foxstorm has a good point in that almost every molly in this position acts this way.
And they would be a beautiful set you know (colorful 
But would being albino affect Dandelion's chances of having a family? You haven't quite mentioned anything for Icecloud, but if Dandelionfur ended up getting cancer and is frail of health, isn't Icecloud the same or will end up being the same later on?
Kind of hope not, because I decided that Dandelion will be the mate of Hailpaw (thus the lines of Firestar, Tigerstar, and Graystripe get to finally blend into one).

Yep. It's always the she-cats who have to bear the brunt of the matter, while the toms go clear of any rebuffs. It's sick to think that all the authors involved here are women, yet from the very start they have been putting down their own gender in their works, on purpose. And yeah where they get it from that Ivypool should be so jealous in the first place I have no idea; I mean, I get that Ivy felt ignored in their family, but that she would hold grudges like this?? Unbelievable. There's no such thing as character growth here, none at all.
Yes, that is annoying. Like, I'm not saying one shouldn't let a mother act as a mother at all when her child is taken from her in any kind of unfortunate manner, but some diversity would have been interesting, instead of the standard "distressed mother and emotionless father" which is the Erins' only recipe for these sorts of things. Where is the angry mother? Where is the mother who refuses to believe the truth and gets delusional for a while, imagining her child is still alive? Where's the mother who isn't able to care as much as she should, and only shrugs when her kitten dies? They don't exist in this series.

Well, not necessarily. Her frail health would probably impact her fertility and ability to bear healthy offspring to term, but in and of itself the albinism wouldn't have a direct impact; it's more its effects that can have unfortunate results for her, a bigger chance of aborting/losing her litter, and of course the health of the offspring is dependent a bit on the mother's condition. But she shouldn't be completely infertile as a result, and even after she gets cancer she can still nurse her children, since med cats can't really use chemo on her at any rate. If you focus on her bad health my advice would be that she'd probably only be able to bear that single litter, and would likely end up dying pretty early.
And yes, the albinism will probably play its part on WR-Icecloud, even though we haven't decided to what extent. The trick to the matter is that while albino cats, lacking completely in pigments, have the largest chance of getting skin cancer, the percentage is still rather high among all white cats, because of their fur colour. So while WR-Icecloud and Dandelion are the most at risk, cats such as Cloudtail are also more likely to contract it. White cats also tend to get sunburns on the shell of their ears, if that explains things better.

To be honest, Ivypool knows more about Tigerheart than Dovewing does, but I thought they had that showdown in Fading Echoes and it was all said and done. But of course, the Erins had to kill off Ivypool's potential love interests to get this stupid reaction...poor Toadstep, he didn't deserve to go out like that.
I recall somebody doing a picture of Tawnypelt and Rowanstar mourning Flametail's death, just being her character...I kind of imagine that Tawnypelt would be the kind of mother that you mention (the one who is unable to accept it and tries to act like Flametail is still alive and in the MC den).
XD Dandy and Junebug, just saying their names like that is adorable (unlike Spark and Alder...heck saying their names together seem kind of flat).
I may be a bit biased, but I think I want to try keeping Dandy alive as long as I possibly can, if only because she was given so little attention (and still has no design).

Yeah so did I, I mean Ivy didn't develop anything for Tiger except what seemed to be slight contempt over his tendency for convenient lies, so this new plot follow-up just... ughhh I mean I don't care about Tiger or Dove for crying out loud and yet they're again, painting their main characters as someone you have to -pity- somehow. -.-
Yah, at least some diversity, some grudges or anything that isn't just a "sad mother figure" would've been interesting, honestly. And yes, those nicknames chime so cute compared to Spark and Alder LOL.

Or having an apprentice being Little Miss Spitfire...*shudders*. Now that I am aware of all the flaws (like sexism, etc) in the series, I feel the strong need to correct it. This is why I am doing something for Signs which has a lot more female leaders...and I can assure you that one of them has a mate and kits while in office (XD).
It's not traditional, but Dandyplume sounds like a fun warrior name

Well, I think I'll mostly be doing these sorts of OCs, I don't have that much time to invest myself in any made-up character I can think of; but I might illustrate stuff for other headcanons too, it's pretty hard to say what I will and will not do explicitly because I'm as flighty as they come.
