I made it out of plaster that is sold in rolls (It usually can be found at Michael's or Hobby Lobby in packages) as well as dark red, black, & white acrylic paint.
I had a spare mask, so I put plastic wrap over it & I plastered on the plastic wrap.
I used about three layers, let it dry, then separated it from the base mask.
I painted the whole mask white before adding on the red & black details.
After the paint dried, I hot-glued a see-through black fabric to the inside of the mask, over the eye holes.
And lastly, I attached an elastic band for a string, so it would stay on my head.
