holds opening Monthly or bi-monthly. I think they just did this months opening though so you would need to wait at least another month.
As for holding for none members i can not do that as it is agenst the group rules. ( It denys current members the chance to gain cuties )
I try to do clutchs weekly so once you are a member you will get plenty of chances to get somee babies from my clutches as well as other member clutches.
