This is an incredibly sensual photo of a man who is about to engage in things he doesn't want to do.  Written on his face is a stoic acceptance of the long night ahead, a night of frustrating pleasure and discomfort.  He stares at the man who just entered the room, the man who had him brought to this place.  He watches as the man loosens his tie and then gently closes the door.  Amazing photo.
