Unable to live outside subzero temperatures, he dons a freezing suit that enhances his strenght and arms himself with an ice gun.

His design looks the most like his counterpart from the animated series.

A mix between the version of Young jsutice and the origingal look from the animated series. I gave him a mole, and he placed a small tattoo to turn the mole in the point of an exclamation mark.

Oswald Cobblepot's family was at the top of high society, but when his parents died and he lost all money, he only had an umbrella at a memento. He was fascinated by birds, seeing how well they care for their young. So in present times he becomes a crime lord, using birds in his crimes with the intent to restore his family fortune.

He is a combination of the version of 'the batman' and the arkham games (mostly the collar and the glass shoved up his eyes as a monocle)
