I once thought I wouldn't do this, since I would imagine the hero cast as exsiting models, but I created my own designs for each of the turtles for my upcoming fanfic anyways...Yes, Leo, Mikey, Raph and Donnie in new styles.

Maybe not so new, since I mostly used the 2012 versions as a base. I no longer like the 2012 show but those designs were very awesome, it better reflected the personalities best, with Raph being shorter and stocky, with a crack in his front shell, Mikey being adorable with his freckles, Donnie being tall and looking geeky with his gapped teeth...I want an extra mile and did several other things to make them different.

Like skin tones...like the 2003 version their skin tones differ, Raph being the darkest green, Mikey being the lightest. I also gave them gear to further reflect their personality.

Leo looks the most traditional and ninja-esque. He has a birth mark in the shape of a sea turtle. Because he wasn't the only one who hadn't a distinct physical trait like the shell crack, freckles or gapped teeth.

Raph's gear reflects his love for battle with the knuckle weapons, more mail-armor like gloves and leggings, metal in his kneepads to make his blows hit harder, and in those pads on his heels is also some added weight for extra blows.

Donnie gets some nice goggles. His gloves were meant for human hands but he was forced to remove the fingers, otherwise they wouldn't fit. He has a bag with some lightweight tools, and those things on his legs have zippers and pouches with hidden tools as well, light weight and practical. They're basically the lower part of the trousers, because Donnie's build doesn't allow him to wear normal pants. AND HE HAS NO HUMAN FETISH.

Mikey's gear looks more like skater gear, or that's what I tried to convey.
