This piece of artwork is truly amazing. The blood looks quite realistic and stands out well against Cry and the background. Everything is very well drawn with strong lines that flow very naturally.
I must commend you on the use of unsaturated colors, it really brings out the mood, blood, and strings. It creates a very striking image, that stands out very strongly against the lighter colored background. Usually using colors such as black or white, and then shading using those colors creates a dirty image, but in this case the use of these colors have greatly brought out the artwork.
The shading on the clothing is truly what I find the most impressive of this piece. The shading is incredible and in all the right spots. I love how you faded out the body.
If anything could be improved I'd say it would be the hands. The strings don't seem to apply to how the hands are positioned. Of course gravity is applied to them too, but the position of the hands seem slightly unnatural. You did a very good job drawing the hands, though. Anatomy is incredibly hard to draw, especially hands.

Oh my god! I love this piece! To me, this seems like my life in a way, but with a little bit more gore! This piece COMPLETELY has originality, and the technique is incredible! This completely impacted on me, and just by looking at this... it's AWESOME!!!! Again, I have NO bad comments to place on this, but if I would change something about this, maybe cover the face with black, and have LOTS of blood dripping off of the face!!!!! Again, this is AMAZING, and keep up the AWESOME work!!!! I have no bad comments on this piece what so ever...!

You used really nice clear lines. I really like the depth of the picture with the lighting and the blood splatter, and I agree with the other critiques that you did an excellent job with the creases on his clothes caused by the ropes/cords. His hands do look transparent, but I personally think that adds to the picture's character and uniqueness. My only suggestion would be to correct the hand we see on the right...it looks like he has two right hands. I believe just fixing one line would fix that-the line between his pinky and thumb so it looks like his thumb is closer to the viewer instead.

Hey! I'm new to this too so I'm sorry if this isn't very useful!
I think this piece is great! Its simple, clear and very well finished and polished up. The lines are strong and the shading is very effective.
The creases and folds on the clothes are small and used in proportion well and don't look over done and unnatural but do add extra layers to picture. Likewise the shine in the hair is also done well.
The red contrasts well with the grey-scale colouring of rest of the picture and really brings the image to life!
All I have to offer in further improvements is maybe making the hands whiter so his whole body pops out more, but I'm not sure if you were going for this look to make him blend in more and look like he is hidden or something.

I really love this drawing. It's amazing. I love the strings, and ropes holding onto him. It really gives it a good effect. I know for a fact I couldn't draw this well, so I have to say this is one of my favorite you've drawn. I love it.
Your techniche is really amazing, The creases on his clothing are perfect, I never get those right. The ropes tightness around his arms is perfect as well. This is an amazing piece. I wish I could do this well!!

Okay, let's see how this critiquing thing works out.
I really like things like this... I don't know why. The blood on Cry's mask suggests he was attacked, possibly dead, and the body's limpness helps to accentuate that greatly. The body proportion seems to be alright, but I was never too good at that so I can't really tell. The outline quality is crisp and clear, and the red against the grayscale, while a little overused in my opinion, is very effective here. Also, considering how Cry's current playthrough is The Cat Lady, a game primarily using a similar colour scheme, this is very fitting. However, (this is a small nitpick but I thought I should mention it anyways), I personally think that you could've used a little less blood and it would still be just as effective.
