AHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT LOOKS BETTA IN FULL VEIW!!!!!! BUT IT WONT SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I've been looking at some other anime pictures and noticed my pictures were lacking something. Detail. Like folds in clothes and stuff like that. So I decided to practice on details. My mom told me what to draw. I put in the greeny-blue hair! To now it looks a little bit more realistic. I might put in a background later...

A great exercise to learn about detailing is to take some good, nicely coloured drawing, and then try to copy it really well (lots of patience required).
That way you'll begin noticing where each colour goes, how they vary in intensity and brightness, etc.
There's also lots of tutorials around the internet about almost everything (drawing hair, drawing clothes, drawing eyes, etc)
keep it up! your work is already good, and if you keep drawing (and colouring) you'll eventually become a master!

thanks, for the tips! I know now that Im looking at it... It really sucks to me! XD But that's what I always think... I'll try to look some tutorials up!
