Its supposed to look Glowy, not painted xD, you know how some crystals look with a brighter color inside a darker one? I'm still trying to work on it ><; Lol.

The bright white shinies kinda make it look painted, though. You should go for a more polished look, not 'eye-blinding' shiney.

I used Paint Tool Sai for the entire thing x3 With the hooves I used to layers of the same color/diff shades blended to give a slightly glowy look. Thanks <3
