I don't know who this guy is. I've never been big on old Pokemon getting later-generation evolutions. Mewtwo is my favorite character in the franchise, so the idea of an even more perfect Mew confuses me.
That said, this picture this picture had me at the title alone! The artwork (especially the coloring) is fantastic to boot! Excellent job on everything from the concept to the execution!
...Now then, does anybody have any idea who this new guy is? Is it a new, separate Pokemon or an evolution of one of the other Mews? I didn't hear about this guy until yesterday.

You don't say. Didn't think Mewtwo needed a new form, or was even capable of becoming even more powerful than it already is, but I've been wrong before. At least the form's optional, so you don't have to lose a Mewtwo to get it.
Looks like the next movie is highlighting a bug Pokemon specifically to counterbalance Mewtwo.

That's a possibility. However, I heard quite a few people talking about an upcoming addition to the Mew Family...But then again, it just wouldn't be Pokemon if a rumor didn't turn out to be false. Guess I'll just have to wait and see how this turns out.

The title fits this picture well. Mew is comfortably sitting on top of this Mewtwo looking pokΓ©mon, which quite looks feminine then the other two. Mewthree? Anyway Mew appears to be enjoying being in the company of this particular pokΓ©mon. The mysterious pokΓ©mon itself seems to be thinking about nothing of it but it probably cares deep down. As for your technique you did a good job drawing the two pokΓ©mon in good detail as well as coloring them. I especially seem to like how you drew the new pokΓ©mon, but that's just me liking the design of this creature. It's so much more alien (in the stereotypical sort of way) then Mewtwo. I'm kind of curious of the story of this pokΓ©mon.m

honestly guys, stop being a bunch of 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen racists. a while ago i was too, but guys, they're not killing ANYTHING. Satoshi Tajiri is still the owner and head of Game Freak, Ken Sugimori still draws them, THEY'RE NOT CHANGING. yeah, there may be once in a while where a generation may be on the lazy side, but they've still got a decent amount of good pokemon. GET OVER YOURSELVES. UNTIL THE DAY THEY START CALLING THEM BAKUGAN, IT'S ALWAYS GONNA BE POKEMANS.

Not really. The mechanics were... Not very good. The splitting of Sp.Atk. and Sp.Def. was one of the best changes made. And when was it made? Not Gen 1. Gen 1 didn't have any more original Pokemon ideas, it's just that we were younger, and accepted them more easily. I'm not saying Gen 1 is bad, but if I were to make a list of the "Top 5 Pokemon Generations," Gen 1 would be #5. But FireRed and LeafGreen? Those are great. It's really a matter of the mechanics. Now EVs and IVs are easier to work with, any type move can be either special or physical, and we have Sp.Atk. and Sp.Def. All those mechanics made it into FireRed and LeafGreen, along with all the pokemon up to Gen 3. And I know, it's changed so much from what we started with, but it's only getting better... And don't blame Game Freak for Trubbish and Vanillite. Those two, and their evolutions, were the only Pokemon designed by Americans.

I agree with what you just said entirely, and I take back my statement to say it's the best because I enjoyed Firered and leafgreen the best, I still play it nowadays on my old SP <3 So I know I sound like a dickhead taking my response back but you actually gave me a well thought out response.

You're welcome. Although, my personal favorite generation is Gen 4. My second favorite is Gen 5, and my third is Gen 3. I kinda sound like I'm taking back what I said, but I like all three of them almost equally.
