The incubators hijacking the velvet room is a bad idea, not only that, their greed for despair could put the version of earth smt (which persona is a part of at risk), plus aegis is an anti shadow type of android, which means she could possibly kill off incubators, plus if you want someone to compare homura to, compare elizabeth (the 1st velvet room attendant) to her as she wants to free the p3mc m/f from their role of stopping nyx
