Like I said to some people around here, HK has a complicated story:
It's my main project and I trust in it very much.
In France, Germany, Spain and Holland, there was 3 books (140 pages each) published between 1996 and 1998...
... But because of an editorial decision, I had to change format...
Going from comics-like size to large european one... I did one book (68 pages) this size in 2000.

... Relationship with my editor was pretty bad: he had no confidence in HK and I wasn't earning money enough on this to live peacefully. So I had to do part-time jobs and other commissions ... that was some kind of waste of time in my mind... but I didn't had no choice.
My editor left 2 years after and I had a new partner to work with: he wanted to make HK a hit, and we decide to start its life afresh.

Since then to the present time, I'm working on the 3 first books to split each in 2 parts of 74 pages and enhance/densify them for the new size. We called this new edition "Redux" because the two of us really love "Apocalypse Now".

I have to rewrite partly the script, do new sequences, correct old craps, remix the "staging" and redo the colors. First book was released in 2003.
It's a pretty hard work, I have to say, but it's almost finished...
