Introducing Haisley! Haisley is an angel and part of the high order of the empyrean and works undercover on earth for the Hong Kong mafia. Haisley can't stand Lucia and they often happen to fight when they meet. Lucias missions often collide with the Hong Kong mafia. Haisley sees Lucia as disgrace for the empyrean while Lucia just laughs about it. As long as Haisley works on earth, she can't use her powers. Many members of the Hong Kong mafia are part of the underworld and that's why Haisley is undercover in their gang.
