I haven't read Sandman but... O_O *Stares* Y'know... I dunno what it is.. perhaps the compination of red and black but... I won't go and blabber about this how you've done it and philosophical stuff like that.. this doesn't need it...

Oh god.. this send the shivers up my spine, makes me somewhat nousiated, and somewhat very disturbed...
I do love the lores of the Sandman so, all these stories that Gaiman has weaved, all the legends, the hours binded together...
And I think you've captured this character in a most grand manner, it look even more horrid than it has on the original publishion, somehow I think it has more spirit in it... more flaming rage, or something dark and forgotten...
Love the vestige of your work, how the shaed are so deep, how you're brushstrokes are so vivid and free, so powerfull and confident...
Grand work indeed... an image that's intreating, and still burning in my mind, to haunt me in my nightmares...
