A simple blinking icon commission for

Firstly, I just want to say that if there's any sort of problems with this one then please let me know! GIMP was actually freaking out over this for some reason so it was really hard to work and actually get this to function properly. I can redo this completely if the problem is serious, free of charge too Rose! I don't want to give my commissioners a faulty product~ ^^
Anyways, I had a lot of fun with drawing this! The colours have been so much fun to work with, I wanted to match the sweet personality that Gigi seems to have herself judging by the art I've seen on her.

I can make animated icons for basically anything, but I'm best at Sonic and Anthro characters. ^^
Simple Blinking Animations:

What I can do for these icons are pretty expansive (some examples of what I can do with these are above), I can:
-Make certain parts glow such as eyes or pieces of headwear (or anything you want really XDD)
-Add very small effects such as glasses/goggles shine
Just honestly ask me if you want anything and I'll do my best to work something out for you.
One of these icons cost about 350 or $3.50
