Good morning DA! I thought that I would share a photograph I captured a few days ago at Sloan's Lake in Denver, Colorado. This was one of those sunrises that only happens once a month; absolutely stunning with the sky on complete fire. The wind was insane though as a snowstorm was raging in the mountains. I wasn't expecting any of my shots to even come out, even as I braced the tripod with my camera bag which is like 25+ pounds. Long exposures and strong winds usually kill images but I managed to snag a couple I am happy with. How, I have no idea, stroke of luck I suppose. I really love this area and it is my go to local area as it always has something in store. I hope you like it as much as I do!
