You're style has significantly improved. Bravo! All 3 of these are pretty solid. Two fairly minor things, since you asked for any critique.
1. I'm assuming you're not going to place Tuscany in the Esperia region, since that's on our own earth. So, whoever created this species would never have named it Tuscorch. Maybe rather, Suscorch would be a better name, and sound quite similar. (Pegasus + Scorch). Just a suggestion.
2. With a full body as red, I would consider not leaving the legs without marking. Perhaps "socks" or "hooves" that are red, to help bring the design up a degree from plain. Either that or repeat that 'V' design motif on the chest somewhere else--could be the legs. Also, the leg lengths are all slightly different.
