When I was making my GPAC quiz, I was watching jacksepticeye play DDLC and I heard him say something like this at some point in one of the videos so I wanted to make a pic like that! Phantom is Monika in GPAC and the main girl's design was using Sparky as a base so Phantom and Sparky. ^^ I'm not gonna use Sparky's original design anymore when I draw her. Cause I'm lazy to do that and I like that design of hers anyway. And damn Phantom's outfit is hard to do! Too black and everything and the chains... I might make a different outfit for him only for drawing like I did with Sparky...
