Is there any chance I could ask you please which brushes you used for the diffraction light here? ;w; I checked out your speedpaint but I'm so lost and I've been looking for a brush or tutorial or something on how to get that effect for YEARS and I've never been able to find and answer.

Sure! I played around with a couple different layers here, but the general process was this:
1) place some geometric shapes randomly either using a brush or by using the lasso tool to make shapes. I tried to vary the density by placing more shapes closer to my focal point, the face.
2) lock the opacity of the layer containing the shapes your just placed
3) use a radial rainbow gradient on the same layer, starting from the focal point and pulling outward
4) use the radial blur filter, putting the anchor over your focal point and playing with the settings until you get a result you like
