Since time cannot be negative... Does it mean that time flows 2x faster? Then what is it? Is it sleep?

so in case you wanna be actually quick, you gotta be more than 2 times faster with anything, like 3x or 4x times, that's gonna be difficult
Imagine preparing homework 4 times quicker, or cleaning your house 3 times faster, that's nuts
Also resting is gonna be a problem. You'll always be sleepy 'cause your 8h sleep is gonna be 16h sleep and you can't afford that, because you gotta do your duties and stuff
