Actually reminds me of the "Ministry of Arcane Sciences" logo from Fallout:Equestria. It was described the same way: Twilight's cutie mark in the center with a horn above it and pegasus wings.

Very cool! I love the purple and the black vein effect spreading out around the vector in the center. The sort of maroon background color compliments the color of everything else. It's very well made.
