Description
Refining some old characters and showing off some new ones. These are all the characters I've come up with so far for Monster Town.

From top-bottom, left-right:

Luck
A fairy glass artisan. He has immense fairy magic that is contracted through Alda protecting Monster Town and can be considered its last defense. Luck doesn't protect the town himself because his fairy nature has taken an impish obsession with glass artistry. A fairy's wingspan can be taken as a measurement of the power they have. The wings shown here indicate an average amount of magic. When Luck retracts his magic from Alda and lets his wings out, the span is half the town radius.
The idea of Luck is based off the "Luck of Edenhall", an Islamic glass beaker left behind as fairies fled Edenhall, saying: "If this cup should break or fall/ Farewell the Luck of Edenhall!" Though Edenhall no longer exists, the glass still does somewhere in the UK.

Tori
A human girl who left the City to track down her mother's old flame in Monster Town. Tori's main points are her recklessness, love of excitement, and quick thinking. She can be considered a bright kid who doesn't put the effort into things she doesn't care about, but is interested in a little bit of everything. The letterman jacket was Tori's mother's which Tori fell in love with and wore all the time when she turned 5. It was previously Jared's that Tori's mother never got a chance to return. Tori's listed as "student", but when she begins to live in Monster Town she totally doesn't go to school.

Alda
An ero-vampire I mean ... vampire-sire. Not all the vampires in this 'verse are sex-crazed, lascivious creatures. Just Alda. Monster Town is divided into districts by cardinal direction, and Alda is the ruler of the East District as well as the Queen of the vampires in Monster Town. The Red-Light district is in the East District. Despite her frivolity, Alda is actually very protective of Monster Town as a haven to all who wish to co-exist peacefully. Though her sadistic qualities are prevalent in her flirtatious manners, she rarely shows her murderous streak. That is reserved for enemies of Monster Town.

Davon
Though vampires have vampiric magic, they are unable to use arcane magic. Davon is the result of an unethical experiment to develop a wizard vampire. When he was turned (against his will), his vampire-sire forced him to consume a basilisk heart. The heart burned acid through him, but his turning into a vampire kept him alive. The process was very slow, and Davon fluctuated between life and death for several months before the basilisk heart was assimilated. Long story short, his sire is dead and he's Alda's subordinate now; a vampire who can use arcane magic. And he has a mullet. His mutated basilisk eye is only half effective, as a basilisk needs both eyes to turn subjects to stone. He is capable of temporarily paralyzing people.

Jared
A human-turned vampire-turned back to human recluse ... or he would be if people left him the hell alone! Jared is a grumpy 40-something year old man trapped in an 18 to 20-something body. He is considered an arbitrator between all the races and factions by everyone in Monster Town and is often called on to help solve problems. He is very unhappy about that. Some side effects of his temporary vampirism are his dead-looking eyes, the longer-term youth, super-human strength, and immunity to vampire glamour and most other modes of mind control.

Mayson
The pack leader of the werewolves and ruler of the South district. He is the strongest werewolf and enjoys fighting. He is protective of Monster Town and regulates the pack to avoid pulling other people into their rough and tumble brawls. Mayson and Alda hate each other, as most werewolves and vampires do, but they reluctantly work together to keep the peace. And... some nights the arguments fistfights evolve into other more amorous physical activities. Both of them are very confused about that.

Pumpkin Head and Benoite
Pumpkin Head and Benoite are both dolls made by the late doll artisan Jack Morino. Pumpkin Head was previously a temporary Halloween puppet. When he gained a soul he became Jack's assistant as Jack was reluctant to dismantle a "living" doll. After Jack died, he is the only person who can fix Jack's dolls, though he can't make new ones himself. He is also the mayor of Monster Town by name, heading the council of the Rulers of the 4 Districts. Benoite was also not intended to house a soul and hence her body is not as sophisticated as other dolls. Jack made her with the assumption that the doll was a toy for a child, but the doll was forced to be possessed by a murdered ballerina.

Bradley
An ordinary human bartender. His bar is often trashed by Mayson and Alda's disputes. Brad harbors feelings for Alice.

Alice
Despite her terrifying appearance, Alice is one of the most gentle women in Monster Town. Her sweet and generous nature wins over most people who are willing to give her a chance. She is often called to help "net" bad guys, run away animals, etc.
