Description
So I drew Lala from Monster Musume for a friend of mine. Before anyone asks, no, she's not my favorite (Papi is ), but this was pretty fun to draw. I know it looks a bit different than the last few pieces I made, well that's because I used a different technique and style for this. Since it's such a close shot portrait I had to get a lot of small details in the face and such that I didn't quite have to with previous pieces.

I'm quite happy with how this turned out, though I wish I could have cleaned it up a bit better than I did. Oh well, that'll come in time, at least if I keep practicing this style/technique. I want to try to incorporate it to full body pieces, not just portraits, but we'll see what happens. Funnily enough, this didn't take me NEARLY as long as some of my previous pieces. Whether or not that's a good thing, well I'm not sure. Oh well.
