Just some coloring practice when I'm supposed to be working on my social science fair project.HE WAS CALLING TO ME TO DRAW HIM. D: His character isn't very fleshed out yet, but this is Wilbur Balatico, but usually goes on a last name basis (because he's a cool kid). 1/2 Filipino & 1/2 Native American (and half High School Musical cheerleader. Just kidding.)
