Eh, not much for this. I was reading some Undertale fanfics because I was bored and it inspired me to make a kind of dragon monster oc XD
Doesn't help that a good buddie of mine has helped inspire me to create dragon creatures. And also also! Doesn't help that I love dragons, especially feathered ones <3 So yeah, here ya go ^^

Her name is Cecelia or CC for short.
She is a kind of lizard/dragon monster. Her magic is cyan colored that let's her levitate herself or things around. The tips of her feathers glow when she does. She's incredibly fast and loves to swim or fly around.
She has the vibes of a friendly, go getter aunt. While also ready to back up someone if they need help.
