Russia is always grouped with countries such as Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, so on.
So that's why he's left out, since he's not really seen as a part of the 'Asia'
at least that's what I think so with all of APH's Asia group drawings (:

All the APH Asia groups are just the southeastern countries and probably should be labeled like that so that people from other countries in Asia won't be offended by being left out...
