Description
TARGET | A short animation in 2D (1-min) about the escalating state-sponsored violence in the Philippines.Inspired from the Subverso book design which I also did.

i ask my-self how you have done this work...
maybe with after Effect... (expecially i would like to understand how you have done the movement of the monkey uhuh...the movement of the head etc. )

yes, animated it using after effects 6.5.
it was originally a photo of a soldier. cut the head and made the arms a set of different layers. when i animate, i make sure the movement i make is as natural as possible (depending on the story's mood). if it's just a silly cartoon, now that's a whole different discipline.

parang mas gusto ko yung original na ending. yung may iba't ibang level of depth ang mga target. tingin ko, may unity pa rin doon kasi pare-pareho silang taas-kamao. tapos, doon, may parang leader at hinihimok niya akong makisama.
dito kasi, feeling ko, watcher lang ako sa hanay nila.

Great animation.
One constructive note though; the gunshots - especially the first one feels like it gets cut off very abruptly. I think it would be better and blend more nicely with the rest if it died off at the end, maybe echoed into the distance.
